RICS Level 3 Home Buyer Survey
A Level 3 RICS Home Buyer Survey, previously known as a structural survey, is a wider-ranging inspection of a property. It is the most comprehensive survey available that describes each elements of a property, it's defects, what may have caused them, as well as advice and an indication of the cost to repair.

- Listed properties or those of historical interest
- Properties built pre-1900
- Run down properties that have been poorly maintained
- Heavily altered or unusual properties
- Properties that you plan to significantly alter or renovate
