RICS Level 2 Home Buyer Survey
The Level 2 Home Buyer Survey follows the standard RICS format. It covers the construction and condition of the property on the day it is inspected and highlights any defects by severity using a traffic light system. I aim to complete all surveys within 2 working days of inspecting the property.

Recommended for properties built post 1900 in a reasonable condition. This is the most common option that offers lots of information and assesses the property's condition.
It includes:
- Standard inspection of all visible areas
- Identifies any defects that need urgent attention
- Identifies any less severe defects or those that may require attention in the future
- Drone photography of the roof and other hard-to-reach areas (weather, location and obstacle dependent)
- Damp test results
- A private valuation can be included for an additional cost
